Forever
Yours: Divine Healing
Compiled
By Brother L. Harrell
So if the Son sets
you free, you will indeed be free. (John 8:36 [NLT])
The Lord empowered the Apostles
with authority over sickness and disease. He commanded them to
cast out devils and to heal the sick with the laying of hands. He
commanded the Apostles to teach this to all nations. Divine healing is the Lord's will
(This is confirmed in James 5:14-15 & Mark 16:18).
Matthew 10:1 And when he had
called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against
unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness
and all manner of disease.
Matthew
28:18-20 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is
given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach
all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching
them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and,
lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
God knew you had a sinful past
before He spoke the word that “you are healed”.
Isaiah
53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our
iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his
stripes we
are healed. (See Isaiah 53:5).
God knew you would
sin
once again
before he gave his word that “all things for which you pray and ask,
believe
that you have received them, and they will be granted you”.
Mark
11:24-25 Therefore I say unto you, What
things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them,
and ye
shall have them. And when ye stand
praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also
which is
in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
God does
not desire to reward those
that waver (which are unstable in their ways). Faith,
being the substance (stability) of
things hoped for, is contrary to instability (See Hebrews 11:1).
Hebrews
11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that
cometh to
God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently
seek him.
James
1:6-7 (NLT) But when you ask him, be sure that you really expect him to
answer,
for a doubtful mind is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is driven
and
tossed by the wind. People like that
should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.
The Lord does not
desire to operate
in a way that is enmity / in opposition to Himself.
If the Lord expects us not to waver, He will
not waver (The Lord follows His own principles). If
He performs healing knowing your past,
present and future, then He purposes it for you to receive it (and does
not
purpose to give the enemy access to it).
Wavering is contrary to His Spirit.
We are not to operate opposed to His Spirit (as He will not be
contrary
to Himself).
Galatians
5:16 This I say then, Walk in the
Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
If we
are
healed and fail to
continue to be delivered / healed, it is not that the Lord has
withdrawn it,
but rather that we have denied it. Speaking
and manifesting doubt (performing actions of disbelief / mistrust) is
denial & rejection /
renouncement of what
we claim to accept (believe).
Matthew
12:37 For by
thy words thou shalt be justified, and
by thy words
thou shalt be condemned.
Romans
10:10 For with the
heart
man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made
unto
salvation.
Sin
can bring sickness on us.
John
5:14 (NLT) But afterward Jesus found him in the Temple and told him,
"Now
you are well; so stop sinning, or something even worse may happen to
you."
Sickness
coming on us after being
healed is not God revoking His healing because we have made mistakes
(not been
perfect). For example:
If I am cured divinely from AIDS originally
acquired while using dirty drug needles, once I tell a lie, my
affliction does
not return. If I’ve been healed, I am
healed, in Jesus’ name. The affliction
will never return (the healing is forever yours).
Now,
if I return to using dirty
drug needles and/or sexual immorality, clearly I open the door to
receive an
affliction such as the one I had (or some other affliction).
James
1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin,
when it is
finished, bringeth forth death.
God is stable
and His word is true. He is
not giving healing, just to repent, taking back what He gave, already
knowing that soon we will error again. We must not deny God and
His power. We must continue to seek out Him and His kingdom,
continuing in His ways, obeying His voice.
Misery loves company. The
enemy and those that love failure are
sure to discourage us from believing that divine healing is forever
yours. Continually reflect on God’s promises to blot out the lies
from the enemy. If you love, and follow Jesus, enjoy your healing
for the rest of your days.
Mark 16:18 They shall take up
serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
James 5:15
And the
prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise
him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Philippians 4:6 (Weymouth New Testament) Do not be over-anxious about anything,
but by prayer and earnest
pleading, together
with thanksgiving, let your request be unreservedly made known
in the presence of God.
Luke 18:7b-8a (NLT) so don't you think God will surely give justice to
his chosen people who plead with him day and night? Will he keep
putting them off? I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly!

Do you desire to have someone agree
with you in
faith about a thing? (Yes, Jesus can bless you using the
internet!). If you desire, let me know what we are agreeing to
obtain from our Father, in Jesus' name!
Matthew
18:19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you
shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it
shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
|
As the Lord is justified / glorified
through your obedience
to His
Word, so be your request for healing in Jesus' Name
(according to your
faith [which is made alive when joined
with actions of obedience])
Is
God willing and able to cure AIDS and other purportedly incurable
sicknesses? Surely, the one that commands the planets to keep
their place can command death
to parasites in one’s body. The Father of all things has
numerously expressed His will
to keep His people healthy and give them longevity.
